September at a glance.

September combined continued new-patient intake with a higher Google Ads click-through rate and broad visibility on Meta.

New patients

Patient intake continued after launch.

The clinic welcomed 81 new patients, down 39 from August’s opening month. Across the first two months, 201 new patients were reported.

Google Ads

A higher share of ad views led to clicks.

Search impressions fell more sharply than clicks. The click-through rate more than doubled, while the reported cost per tracked action fell.

Leads

Booking progress needs clearer tracking.

Most tracked opportunities remain at New Lead. Regular pipeline updates will help distinguish confirmed bookings from leads that still need attention.

Continued growth in the patient base, at a slower monthly pace.

September added roughly two-thirds as many new patients as August. The clinic continued to attract new patients after launch, although intake did not match the opening month. Monthly intake is still establishing a pattern in the clinic’s early months.

Button clicks indicate contact or booking intent, rather than completed bookings; the same person may take more than one action.

Reduced visibility did not produce a proportionate loss of clicks.

Impressions fell by almost 60%, but clicks declined by only 11%. The ads attracted a click much more often when shown. Clicks cost more individually, yet the higher recorded action total brought the cost per tracked action down. The campaign generated more tracked actions per dollar spent; this does not measure the cost of acquiring a new patient.

Click-through rate is the percentage of impressions resulting in a click. Tracked actions are not unique leads or confirmed bookings; a person may generate more than one.

Search visitors were more engaged than paid-social visitors.

Organic search was the largest source of visits and generated 232 engaged sessions. Paid search added 143, with almost two-thirds of its sessions engaged. Paid social brought 77 sessions but only two were engaged, indicating that its website visits rarely led to sustained interaction.

09

The new-patient page attracted search visitors.

The existing new-patient landing page remained part of the campaign.

10

What September’s results show.

The patient base continued to grow, while website engagement was strongest across search and organic social traffic.

Patients

Growth continued beyond launch.

September’s intake brought the reported two-month total to 201 new patients.

Search

More frequent clicks when ads appeared.

The higher click-through rate helped retain most of August’s click volume despite substantially fewer impressions.

Leads

Clear appointment interest in calls.

Automated assessments identified nine new-patient leads with strong appointment intent. Updating their pipeline stages will show which progressed.
